There are many different types of leadership styles but in my opinion, the most effective leadership style is servant leadership. In this type of leadership, the servant leader focuses on the needs of others especially including the team members before they consider their own. The leader tries to acknowledge the perspective of other people and also provide them the support that the employees need to meet their goals. A servant leader involves the employees and other members in the decision making process and build a sense of community within their own team members. This helps to provide a higher engagement and more trust and stronger bonds with the team members and even the stakeholders.
